Submit your COVID-19 Vaccination proof today.

As you may have heard, the Singapore government is likely to introduce differentiated measures for vaccinated people as part of the planned transition to endemic COVID safely and effectively. Whilst details have not been confirmed, it has been communicated that only individuals who are fully vaccinated under the national vaccination programme will be allowed to participate in certain activities. In light of this, we will be introducing select Vaccinated Classes to our existing schedule. Please help us prepare for this by submitting one of the following forms of your COVID-19 Vaccination proof:

3. Digital Vaccination Certificate from notarise.gov.sg or Trace Together App or HealthHub*; or
4. Copy/Photo of physical vaccination certificate from vaccination centre

* If you do not already have Singpass to access HealthHub, register here.

To submit:

3. Email vaccinationproof.sg@pure-international.com, quoting your name and PURE Cardholder number with your vaccination record attached OR,

In your PURE360 app – go to Settings - Help - Contact Us, fill in your personal details, select ‘Vaccination Proof’ from the ‘Enquiry Type’ menu, and upload your vaccination record in JPG format.

4. You will receive an email notification once your record has been verified and activated in the system. This may take approximately 7 business days.
